1.Return Processing Time:
Standard Returns: No credit card capture is required for standard returns and exchanges. Once your returned item(s) are received at our warehouse, we aim to process refunds, exchanges, and gift cards within 10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
2.Return Policy:
Eligibility: You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or gift card. After this period, or for items that do not meet our return policy criteria, returns will not be accepted. Final sale items (e.g., discounted products, limited-time promotions) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, including vendor tags and hygienic liners (if applicable).

Sizing: We recommend customers double-check their measurements before making a purchase, as sizing can vary across different items and collections. This helps ensure a perfect fit when your item arrives. Warranty: Our warranty period is 15 days from the date of receipt. Beyond this period, we will not be able to process returns, exchanges, or refunds.
4.Non-Returnable Items:
Hygienic Products: We do not accept returns for cosmetics, earrings, undergarments, or beauty tools (including hair styling tools).
Shoes & Accessories: Shoes and accessories must be in new condition. Scuffed shoes, worn items, or signs of use (e.g., dirt, dust, odors) will not be accepted.
Handbags & Purses: Signs of wear and tear or used items will not be accepted.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sets and Bundles: Items sold as sets or bundles must be returned in their entirety and with the correct sizes. Partial returns or returns of incomplete sets will not be accepted.
5.Unacceptable Conditions for Returns:
①Damaged or Worn Items: Items returned that are worn, damaged, or unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund. We may return items in such conditions at your own expense.
②Visible Signs of Use: Returns showing signs of makeup, hair, fibers, dust, deodorant, perfume, or other marks will not be accepted.
③Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (if applicable). Gift card refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card. Please note that bank processing times may vary, so it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
